The best chocolate cake I know

I love chocolate but I always found chocolate desserts heavy , so I worked on how to make them lighter. Chocolate Mud Cake is one of these : I found the recipe on a cookbook and my son ( and my neighbours's daughters ) asked me to bake it so....I made it my way , just needed to change few things and it is gorgeus !

With the amount of ingredients you'll have a cake for 12 and even more but it's even better 2 days after so...I don't think there'll be leftovers .

 Here's the final result : delicious macquerels with a fine smoky savor and tender ,delicate chair  ....we're going to taste with friends tonight ( we also smoked herrings & trouts , trouts are amazing ! )

After buying the macquerels we were hungry , so decided to go to the restaurant  ' La fin du siecle' , one of our favorites for lunch : simple , easy food and good ambiance. The restaurant is at the first floor of a beautiful  palace ,the first time I opened the door I had the feeling to enter into a private home and another century at the same time : a large dining-room with wide windows , and decorated with personal objects mostly very kitch but I don't know why , they match togheter !

The smoking of macquerels in Provence part 1

Yesterday M. and I went to Cavaillon to buy really fresh , wild macquerels : as he comes from Netherlands , he was used to smoke  fish with his Grandad when he was a little boy. We tried last week , for the first time , to smoke some macquerels and they were amazing !! In Cavaillon there's my favourite fish's shop : a little woman full of energy and her husband are the owners . First time I went to her shop asking for wild dory she answered me : "I only have wild ones "!

Her shop is decorated with funny things , and a painting of her cat made by herself .
